We are back from another fun and exciting IFDC convention.... it was hectic and tiring but oh so worth it -- seeing friends again... making new ones.... etc....

The Saga of "Akiko, Warrior Girl",
the Japanese Video game starring Susie continues...
“Siberian Spirit”
is the follow up to the very popular, apple candy haired, Tokyo Trendy
Susie. This time around Susie sports platinum white hair and is in full
character mode -- dressed as her alter ego, Akiko, in the Anime/Manga
video game, “Warrior Girl”.

Akiko travels to Siberia to fight evil forces and spirits in order to
undo an evil spell cast on her family and the villagers generations
ago. The spell left the village with no human male - as the adult males
were either killed or captured as zombie slaves, while the young boys
were turned into animals... as in the case of "Didi"...
Armed with a
Dragon's Tail staff that turns into a dragon to fly her off to her destinations,
Akiko also holds in her flask, "holy water" - which enables
her to become invisible to the evil mongers. It is Akiko's quest to
undo the spell, stop the evil doers, forever vanish them, as well as,
reunite the people in her village with their love ones - including her
own family.

Celebrates her 1 Year modeling Anniversary in Taipei!!!.....＊ |

| Susie celebrates her first year in the
modeling business by jet setting off to Taipei, Taiwan to help launch
a new fashion magazine! It came as a WONDERFUL and very fitting surprise
to Susie when her modeling agency called to tell her that she has been
handpicked by the fashion editors, for the new upscale fashion magazine
"C'est Moi", for an extensive fashion spread highlighting the
best and up and coming designers in Taiwan.
For one fast paced
week, Susie was groomed, fitted, gowned, and photographed all over the
beautiful city of Taipei wearing some of the most beautiful clothing
designs by Taiwan's top designers. The non-stop work week was quite
tiring but like a total pro, Susie showed up on time each day and with
a bright smile for everyone. This endeared her to the fashion editors
of the magazine, as well as, the designers dressing her and their numerous
assistants. One designer in particular, Mrs. Jade Hsu of the respected
fashion label "Ooh LaLa Designs" took such a maternal liking
to Susie that she especially recreated a dress from her original designs.
Done in 4 sumptuous variations - fabric, colors and detailing - they
were presented to SUSIE as a remembrance and token of their appreciation
for all her hard work. Of course, these brought tears to Susie's eyes
and made her realized even more that this is what she dreamt modeling
would be all about -- traveling to far off places, making memorable
experiences, and meeting new friends for life!

Susie is created especially for
Taiwan's newest upscale fashion magazine - "C'est Moi" and
in conjunction with Susie's One Year Anniversary!!! December issue is

and we also loaned and assisted in photographing various dolls - including

One of Susie's
schoolmates, Tyanna, a young African-American fashion model is visited
by her agent from R@ND Modeling Agency to discuss her schedule for New
York's famous "Fashion Week". For the lunch meeting, Tyanna,
devises a plan for Susie to sit and meet her agent as well - as she
feels SUSIE has the looks to make it as a fashion model. She was right
all along as the Agent, taking one good look at SUSIE, thought she is
just the "fresh face" they are looking for - he in turn persuades
Susie into joining Tyanna for Fashion Week. Over the lunch meeting,
Susie thought that it would be a great opportunity to TRAVEL and see
the world so she accepted and signed up.
Both girls were whisked away to NY for
a rigorous week of fitting, styling and walking the runways for some
of the world's most famous International designers.
At the end of the week, after the last
show, a big bash was thrown for all the designers and models to celebrate
another successful week of showcasing the season's hottest fashions.
Susie chose to wear an original design by one her her most favorite
contemporary designers, which is an instant hit to all attendees.
VOL.3 - TOKYO TRENDY

Susie travels
to the land of the rising sun for a promotional appearance for a brand
new video game that she stars in: "Warrior Girl". To promote
this futuristic, virtual reality video game, Susie chose to wear a two
piece leather outfit with silver buckle trims. Her hair color is "candy
apple red", in homage to various animated & Manga heroines.
She is accompanied by her co-star and love interest in the video, an
upcoming Japanese actor, Kenji Kimura, who took an instant liking to
Susie.
A replica of
her colorful "robo-bear" sidekick, Didi, was presented to
her by the producers of the video game during the press junket.
VOL.4 - CHINA GIRL

San Francisco
celebrates its’ ANNUAL “Asian American Heritage Week”, and in conjunction
Susie’s design school holds a design competition in its' honor. Though
she placed second only – she was quite thrilled as it is her first major
design competition.
Susie designed a very modern, fun, and
playful wear accentuated with a Chinese collar. For authenticity, Susie
enlisted the help of her aunt, who owns and runs an upscale clothing
boutique in Shanghai, Plum Blossom -- Specializing in Chinese inspired
clothing. With Susie’s specifications, her Aunt scoured for the delicate
material with lush embroidery.
Her design entry is the gold
version, while she wore a black variation for the actual event. Susie
also styled her hair much like the ones worn by heroines in past "Kung
FU - Martial Arts" movies she remembers watching as a young girl.
